The move you helped us with earlier this year
went very smooth. You handled all of the
details, made all of the calls, and took away
some of the stress of moving half way across the
country. I moved our vehicles myself, but that
was my decision, and you were going to take care
of that too.

coordinating our move from San Antonio to Houston. I
appreciated that you contacted the movers and worked
around our schedules. You followed up with us every step
of the way shortly after my husband was promoted to the
end after we were settled into our house. The customer
service was great! Moving to a different city is
stressful. Future Moves' thoroughness alleviated some of
that stress.

From my point of view, you and your staff did a fine job
in facilitating my move. You were very helpful and
responsive. Unfortunately for us, the moving company
picked up our belongings, let them sit on the truck for
a week and then transferred them to another truck which
arrived at our home. Although everything was packed
properly I feel this additional movement and poor
repacking in the new truck damaged several irreplaceable
items. Additionally, they were off loading items that
didn't belong to us and weren't real happy when I told
them to put them back on the truck.
Fortunately for us, you helped secure some reasonable
restitution for which I am grateful. You and your team
did everything you could to make this bad situation
better. I whole heartily give you a very positive
recommendation, but not the moving company.
